I’ve resigned myself to the fact that I’ll need to replace the grille every few years if I want it to look new. Same will (eventually) be true for the windshield.

Fortunately, the Taiwanese make some fantastic OEM-quality plastic parts. I don’t know if anything is available for the 5th-gens yet, but give it a few years...

What is so sad is that I have a 2005 Nissan Frontier and while it has it share of blemishes it doesn't have any dings in the grill chrome. Just lucky I guess. The Nissan is making up for it by having the paint just peel off.
