Based on the latest messages on that thread it sounds like more of the same where they promise one thing and don't deliver... I still registered on that forum and sent them a DM though.

Over there they mention possibly having an additional wave of "testers" at some point. I went ahead and registered and sent my VIN just in case that happens and it gets me SPAAK a little sooner.

Has anyone verified that the link and person requesting the DMs with VIN number is legit?

My app just went to version 1.98.9
The release notes say “Performance improvements and tweaks.” I would’ve fired a software engineer for that level of response.
The replies to people rating the app about the SPAAK are just as bad. They don’t even say “It’s coming soon” anymore. They just say to call customer service.

“Hi there, the update for this feature has not launched, and we are awaiting further instruction from our corporate engineering teams on release timing.

We are expecting this update to be released in small waves of launches to ensure a smooth and trouble-free customer experience, but timing is subject to change (and is not handled by Customer Care). As we find out more information about launches, we will keep additional forums in mind!”

So it looks like they post in multiple forums.

At first, mine was updating quite frequently. In the past few months, it could go 7 to 10 days between updates. It now just went 31 days and finally updated. The truck is almost one year old. If this is by design, it should have been documented.

After the last over-the-air and app updates in October, the Vehicle Health report is refreshing every couple of days, and the Trip reports have started working again. They also have the correct MPG for the first time. That's an improvement. I'm just waiting for the SPAAK update now.
