Digital cluster help!

I just picked up my 2024 2500 longhorn with the digital cluster. If I’m driving with Apple Maps are CarPlay I get this error message on the navigation tab in the digital cluster… map display unavailable CarPlay map disabled in Radio” I’ve looked through the settings but I’ve got to be missing something. Can you not display Apple/google maps in the cluster? And if not can you make it so factory nav doesn’t display this message if you’re on the tab?

We haven't starting to sell to HD yet but we do sell for the 1500. You aren't able to get Carplay maps to show up in the digital cluster far as we can tell. You can get the built in navigation from the radio to display in the cluster. You just need programming change to the BCM and to port the info over from the radio module to the cluster via wiring.
