Hi All,
I posted a few weeks back about which upper control arms to buy. I bought the 2018 ready lift model because I was told on here and by some on Amazon that they will work on my 2019 Ram because I didn’t want to buy the entire kit when I only needed the arms for $900 and we didn’t want pre load spacers that come with that kit. Anyway, we installed the arms with a 3.5” leveling kit and the first issue is when we went to get an alignment, the camber adjustments bolts are maxed out and the tech could only get it to .6+ and he should be able to get it to at least zero and preferably in the negative. Another issue is the ball joint doesn’t seem to get sucked into the knuckle all the way so now we’re wondering if we messed up by installing these arms? Thanks!

Sorry, here’s the pics. In the top pic shouldn’t the rubber boot be more compressed like the original was? The other pic is showing the questionable arms.

I don’t think you messed anything up but I can’t speak for the alignment numbers, worth a call to RL to discuss. I have the ORP and the 2” RL level kit and adjusted out fine. My boots don’t compress like the factory ones either. This is a picture of mine but it’s at full droop vs loaded like yours.

I just watched an installation video from RL and it looks like everything’s seated correctly like you said but I’m thinking the 2019 arms may be a bit shorter which would make the truck align correctly. Thanks for the pic, it looks very similar to the way mine sits.

So you grabbed the RL 67-1500's?

Amazon has even updated the listing to verify they fit the 2019. When I had my alignment done, they barely had to adjust it. You may have been sent the wrong uppers.

Yup! That’s the ones we bought.

Yup! Those are the ones we bought. We have everything maxed out with the 3.5” spacers. Everything rides fine but the alignment situation is a problem. We put 35” tires which gives a better illusion of a proper alignment. You could really tell they were off with the stock wheels and tires.

Yup! Those are the arms we bought. The guy that did the alignment tried twice and there was no more room to move. You could tell how off it was with the stock wheels but once we put the 35” tires on it’s hardly noticeable with the eye. Maybe because we have it maxed out with the 3.5” spacers?

I think you've already deduced that the 3.5" spacer is really maxed... apparently slightly beyond proper alignment. The only reason I asked if you got the 67-1500 arms is because there is some confusion as to which arms come with what kits and what lifts they are rated for. The 67-1500's are rated up to a 6" lift... I would suspect that the rest of the stock suspension just isn't meant to be extended beyond 3".
