They used to do this all the time until the number of moderators was increased.

If you see those, be sure to report them. We as moderators, can't be in the site 24/7. Chances are, as Richard320 said, you just happened to log on before we were able to catch them

Spammers. I’ve seen these very late at night and they’re gone by morning. Thanks to the mods for quickly cleaning this stuff up.
