Did Ram fix the lack of Surround View Camera & Power Fold for the 2020 HD TOW MIRRORS?

It was the number one biggest complaint for early purchasers of the 2019 Ram 1500. I can’t beleive no one has looked into this yet.

This is great. Unlike the 1500s, the tow mirrors on the HD trucks will be power-folding.
Hopefully they will also include 360 surround view as well.

OK, this is great. They seem to have cameras on the two mirrors as well.

Yes they will have 360 camera on the HD trucks with tow mirrors but they won’t work on the 2019 1500 because the HD is still the old gem cab

And a reverse spotlight in the mirror arm.

I believe it's the same bolt up to install even though it's a different door.

Someone else said the 4th gen mirror mount wont work on the 5th Gen. Not saying they didn't change the mount but it is unlikely.

That said there is whole lot of other stuff that goes with this tow technology group that the 1500 doesn't have. I believe it would be a stretch to get them to work if they did.

I still believe the tow mirrors were slated to leave the half ton. My opinion.
