Defrost only half working

The driver side of the my windshield is also very slow to defrost this morning. Could someone please share the link to the TSB?

I'll have to check this tomorrow morning. This morning the "fog" on the windshield was almost more like the truck had been rained on. Gotta love Houston weather.

I can't locate it myself now, either.
1 - Do you have dual climate or single?
2 - 12 inch screen or 8.4?

Either way, your local dealer will need to have hands-on your vehicle. I believe it was just a reflash if I remember correctly. I don't believe parts were ordered.

Call your local dealers -- FCA was supposed to have a fix out for this, but we haven't had one in the shop yet to "test" it - or see if the systems' have been updated with the latest software fix. I believe other tech's mentioned a 4th Quarter 2019 update. This update was for the 12" w/dual climate.

Now that it is cooling off, the truck is doing it again... will have to mention it at the next service.
