Took my 2019 north to dealership for possible manifold leak. Ticking noise passenger side upon cold startup. Very small but does exist, also TPRMS sensors all 4 replaced also recall on driver side floor mat, claims gas pedal gets stuck on floor mat. So left the truck on Wednesday and picked up on Saturday. Service rep claims they can’t reproduce the exhaust complaint so I mentioned my mechanic can verify this complaint but since the truck is under warranty In which I only have 3 months left on power train they figure I’ll be back after 3 months when it possibly gets worse. So long story short they claimed they fix the mat by cutting a section out but the mat was never removed all the dirt on it is in the same place. Usually unconsciously if you remove the mat you’ll most likely shak it out and then make the repair. So strike 2 on this disappointing visit. I also got the estimate for the sensors which was 850$ in which I held off on. I’m actually getting them done for 375$ at a reputable tire center. So in the end I paid 319$ for them to clean injectors and intake.then they wanted a review on the service. The nerve, anyway not all dealerships are bad I suspect but just be conscious of the ones that are
