Took my 2019 north to dealership for possible manifold leak. Ticking noise passenger side upon cold startup. Very small but does exist, also TPRMS sensors all 4 replaced also recall on driver side floor mat, claims gas pedal gets stuck on floor mat. So left the truck on Wednesday and picked up on Saturday. Service rep claims they can’t reproduce the exhaust complaint so I mentioned my mechanic can verify this complaint but since the truck is under warranty In which I only have 3 months left on power train they figure I’ll be back after 3 months when it possibly gets worse. So long story short they claimed they fix the mat by cutting a section out but the mat was never removed all the dirt on it is in the same place. Usually unconsciously if you remove the mat you’ll most likely shak it out and then make the repair. So strike 2 on this disappointing visit. I also got the estimate for the sensors which was 850$ in which I held off on. I’m actually getting them done for 375$ at a reputable tire center. So in the end I paid 319$ for them to clean injectors and intake.then they wanted a review on the service. The nerve, anyway not all dealerships are bad I suspect but just be conscious of the ones that are

I just purchased the passenger side kit for $65 plus $20 shipping.
Kit includes everything in figure 1. I did order remflex gaskets which I will use instead of the OEM.

Good luck! Screenshot_20231230_175247_DuckDuckGo.jpg

The floor mat recall requires the dealer to replace the floor mat with new. Cutting the factory floor mat was just a temp solution until the new mat was received. If they signed off the recall and only cut your factory mat then it's not a completed recall.

Remflex gaskets are superior to others. They allow more "flex" for the expansion and contraction rates of different metals.
Case study time to see if the gasket is the culprit of the cracked manifolds.

I have both sets. I'm going with the remflexes first. They're thick and will definitely be able to compensate for some warping.

I'll use the OEMs as back up for the future but I'm betting I won't need them.

Remflex. There's two in there stacked and I'm measuring about 1/4" each with some give if you press on them with you finger.
