Dealer Problems

Hey guys,

New to the forum.
Purchased a bed light kit from the parts department and had service install it at **** Hannah.
Took them 2 days to figure out how to program it.
Picked up the truck and now the tailgate won’t open.
Went back and after an hour of trying to reprogram, they recommend to leave it for at least 2-3 days to somehow make it work again because “its all electronic now”.

Anyone have something similar?
Also, they are going to be replacing the wiper fluid sensor because it keeps showing its low. I don’t even have 900 miles on the truck.
Seems like they don’t know what they’re doing.

They probably don't. Dealer shops are so hit-and-miss these days. You can always switch shops if you're not satisfied.
