Thank you for passing that on. It looks like this may not be applicable to my truck since this TSB is intended for trucks built on or before April 15, 2019; but, there's definitely some unwanted rumbling going on when i'm coasting in ECO mode. Of course, when I brought it in, the Tech Advisor said they couldn't hear it, and the original Tech Advisor that acknowledged it no longer works there.
Mom didn't raise a quitter though...there's no way a $60K truck should sound like that, like it's got engine knock or something. Personally, I think it's a flaw with the ECO mode. Does RAM not make a 1500 with a straight 5.7L V HEMI? I guess Toyota Tundra is my only other option; but, it rides like a soap box.
