Well, I got my order today. As the new owner of a 2024 Ram 1500 Rebel, I'm pleased to say it fits and looks great! Hopefully this post helps someone else down the line.
I emailed with Datinfab and they were very responsive. They had specifically mentioned the kit doesn't fit trucks with reclining seats or the Ram Rebel. I wanted to ask about the Rebel because the pictures they had looked just like my truck. They said they had not specifically tested this but had another customer tell them it fit his Rebel. They said to order if I wanted, and I could return it if it didn't fit. That was a huge plus in my book - American made and excellent customer service.
The order arrived this morning and was really well packaged. Everything was present and not a scratch or issue with any of the parts. I got it all assembled based on the pictures. It's really straightforward. There are a few pieces to connect and I would suggest assembling the two sides and all three brackets together before bringing it out to the truck.
Then place it in the truck and you'll see the two holes in each mounting bracket line up with two holes in the seat mount. Driver side, Passenger side, and middle. The hole is accessible from the back of the seat bracket. I found it easier to work from within the truck, being right handed. I used a 7/16" box wrench and an allen key bit mounted in my 12v Milwaukee drill on slow speed to drive the bolt in to the nut.
Here's a closeup of one bracket mounted to the seat. All three connect the same way.
That's it. The only note I would make is to ensure the bottom lip of the front part goes under the plastic trim in the car. It wasn't lining up for me quite right until I realized and pressed down and it popped under. It no looks great and I am again able to load up all my stuff from my old truck. Umbrella, jumper cables, blanket, sweater, tools, maps, shopping bags. It all fits great now.
This is the closeup of the metal lip at the bottom of the organizer going under the plastic trim for the seat.
I especially like how I'll be able to affix some important items to the front of it - I'm thinking fire extinguisher and first aid kit in a molle pouch to start with.
The finished product is excellent. Here's an overall view.
