Custom tuning

I drive a 2019 ram 1500 classic 5.7 hemi, I was wondering if anyone knows what device and software I can use to make my own tunes for the truck and data tracking, I currently have a superchips f5 and a unlocked PCM but it just won’t do what I’m looking for and I can’t seem to find a tuner that will allow me to me to make a custom tune and upload it to the truck, after hours of research, google is saying I need the Diablo i3, but Diablo will not let me purchase the tune software without a dealers license, any help would be greatly appreciated as I’m new to tuning.

Check with HP Tuners. They probably restrict the software so you can't make money doing it.

If you buy the Diablo it does have some adjustable parameters, what kind of adjustments are you looking to make?

I tuned my 2020 with HP Tuners. But first I had to sent my ECU off the HP Tuners to get it unlocked.

I suggest investing in a HEMI tuning course. It's not intuitive. Also tuning the Neural Network requires a Neural Network trainer. HP Tuners has a NN trainer. $50 gets you 30 days access.
