My front bumper is not aligned and crooked like a MF! noticed recently when detaling it..

Sucks, I don't want to take it to dealer since my local ram dealer is horrible just like the quality control at RAM! I'll find time to take it, honestly I would like money back from RAM all the issues I've had and put up with, wasted time I can't get back!

What other issues have you had? I know it seems frustrating but with a jack and some patience you could align it unless it’s tweaked.

Sucks you’re not happy with it.

Hi Dontfront82,
We understand your reasoning for not wanting to visit your dealer. Although, we would be happy to escalate a case in your behalf if you decide to do so and we will gladly provide you with additional assistance while your truck is being worked on.

Mine was reported in August 2019, It's now 24 November and it's not fixed. The dealer has had it now for over 6 weeks of that 3-month period for this issue. My mind is numb.

Hi all. New member. I created my account just to add my two cents here, as this issue is not really being discussed on my main forum. I have a 2020 Lone Star. I owned it for about 2 weeks before observing the passenger side of the bumper was lower than the driver side. Hood/grille gaps were even. It was definitely the bumper. I took it to the dealership and they refused to fix it, citing no adjustment on the mounts, and told me to take it to a body shop.

Body shop saw my truck today. Their explanation was that the passenger side bumper bracket was "twisted" in appearance, resulting in a .5" droop on passenger side. As opposed to wallowing out the mounting holes, they shackled my truck to the floor, then winched on the bracket from an upward angle, essentially performing a mild "frame straightening" job just to bend the mounting bracket. Having bent the bracket back to a level position through brute force, they corrected the bumper sag and leveled the bumper. They showed me measurements before and after showing the .5" in adjustment.

In the end it was a quick fix but required no shims, modification of the mount holes, and theoretically no structural compromise of the frame.

I paid $200 for my "bumper realignment". I understand this may not be the right solution for everyone in the this thread, but it's worth adding my experience in hopes it helps someone else in the same boat.

I had a front quarter panel that was misaligned and had my dealership fix that. It ended up that both front quarter panels and the bumper needed adjustment since everything lines up to each other. Dealership took care of it without issue.
