I have a 2019 Rebel and my hood is starting to show signs of corrosion in three spots, is this covered under warranty? Not sure what's considered an outer panel.

That's probably not corrosion but extra panel/body glue

The hardest part is finding a dealer that will warranty it. Never hurts to contact your dealer and have them start the digital imaging process.

It has to be perforation through a panel to count any corrosion for warranty, at least that is what I was told years ago.

Looks like a paint run to me

Can't be, the hood is aluminum. Maybe a rock chip.

Poke at it with your finger nail, if it's a blister you'll know right away

The back door of early Ford Expeditions and Volvo wagons from the 90's springs to mind

The hood is aluminum, and if not prepped properly prior to painting, the paint can bubble.

If you stick your fingernail on that bump, it should feel fragile, easy to push in if that is the case.
