Core 4x4 Sway Bar Rear End link install Questions

I ordered the core 4x4 sway bar rear end links and I know that with the Ram 1500 the top bolt will need to use the nut welded to the frame. Since the core end links did not come with instructions. How do I know what sleeve to use? What's the easiest way to remove the sleeve it came with if I need to?

When you say sleeve, are you referring to the bushings? I have the Hellwig sway bar and end links. On the Hellwig, the top and bottom both use the same bushings and bushing sleeves. The Hellwig came with new bolts. Didn't have to reuse any of the factory end link hardware.

I think I figured it out. The smaller sleeves that come with the hardware kit takes the smaller bolt which fits in with the welded frame nut. Only issue is I ordered the rear end links for a 6" lift which is what I have and they are 1 inch longer than the BDS rear end links that came with my BDS 6" lift that's installed. Will that additional inch cause an issue?

I'm going to say the Core4X4 are much better than the BDS and the extra inch shouldn't matter, unless the sway bar angle is much higher then parallel to the axle.

Emailed Korby at Core 4x4 and he said that the extra 1 inch should not cause any issues. Let's see how they look after this weekend.

Even if the extra inch make a minor change, the better built Core4X4 and bushings would offset the change from BDS.

I can’t find the links on their website…. Ok fixed length yes, but not adjustable…. Do you have a link ?

Yeah fixed are much better then adjustable. Adjustable is a weak point.
