Clunk no-more

I know you said right but do you have the rear bed step. could it be coming from there.
I know mine has some play in it and some times when I go over bumps I hear a clunk from the back. So far that is the only thing I have noticed

Having a very similar problem, clunking and also slight squeaking noise from front end, both, driver and passenger side wheel well area. Pretty loud but only noticeable at low speeds over small cracks or joints or pavers on normal roads. 39k Miles. Noise started the after having a shop put on 2" front spacer kit (Tuff country 32105, a POS...?) and 33s. Took back to the shop after a few weeks to check the install and they "couldn't identify the cause".

-Checking myself everything suspension related appears tight and torqued, no movement or noise from any joints or connections...
-Cannot replicate noise from bouncing the front end
-Removed stabilizer bar/links and noise remained. May look into longer Maxx links, any options for detachable links on market? Ain't broke, don't fix.
-Some wiggle and noise from both CV axles on the inner connection. Seems typical? Not as bad as that video above, no issues at speed, in 4wd, or other typical symptoms. (see Video in link IMG_5558.MOV )
-Coil spring silencer displaced after install, and cannot re-seat with installed. (see photo below)

Would be great to get some opinions on this.
1. Coil spring silencers? maybe have the shop fix it.
2. CV axles?
3. Maybe just need even more torque on the spacer kit since its moment is off. Rec is 30ft-lb (longer bolted connection needs more torque?) Maybe spacer is sliding in the hat since it doesn't bolt on?
4. Combination?

UPDATE: Issue for mine was the preload spacer movement between the spring and top hat. The installer lubed the surfaces and the noise lessened, I had them remove the preload spacers completely.
No more issues, for now, back to stock with 33s.

I’m curious about removing the sway bar entirely and using the Timbren front SES kit they make for snow plow/heavy winch-style bumper equipped Rams. I already have that kit but need some additional hardware

Add me to the clunk sounds / feeling. My 2023 has been having one ever since having the Bilstein 5100s installed. I can feel it through my steering wheel and pedals when going over bumps as low speeds. Dealership of course said they couldn't find anything out of the ordinary and didn't feel the clunk. I did just change my bushings out today with the red set a lot of people have been going with. Haven't done any driving yet to see if that helped. I did retorque all bolts/nuts that were taken apart when the Bils were installed, which did seem to help some also. But the clunk was still present.
My next option is to try the new Suspension Maxx end-links. My truck also only has 4500 miles on it, I don't do a whole lot of driving. I'm also debating on lowering the Bilsteins down 1 notch which I am currently on the level 5 setting for 2.2" of lift. I'm wondering if going down one setting to the 1.7" would help anything. Definitely tired of hearing and feeling the clunking.

Try the lower setting.

This summer the clink started while coming down Engineer Pass in the San Juans. A dealer in Denver told me that the sway bar ends links 'broke', which also damaged the way bar. Unfortunately the repairs were out were out of warranty at my mileage. A local lift shop confirmed the end links were indeed broken, but the sway bar it self was fine. They confirmed SuspensionMaxx was a good source.

SuspensionMaxx was great, and the install was super simple. Two months later and I am very happy.

My 2021 Laramie has the off-road package with the factory suspension. Here is the part I used: (Stock Sway bar links 2019+ RAM 1500 with 19 MM sway bar nut (SMX-1319) :: SuspensionMAXX)

I did these as well. While I do think it somewhat helped my clunk, it was still present on mine. Mine ended up being the body mount bushings. I changed those out (I made a post about it) and it eliminated my clunk I'd say 99%. I still rarely will feel a very slight clunk, but it's not consistent and very minor now.

Hellwig for the rear is sitting in my garage waiting for my core 4x4 links to come in. Hopefully fixes my clunk.
