I guess ill use this thread to ask. Ive searchedand could only found examples of basic bed and both with ramboxes and mftailgate. I have the mf tailgate but not the ramboxes, i cant find any options. Any suggestions guys? I know some had to mess with those brackets on the front, to fit tunneau cover on mf tailgate equipped cars. I rly dont wanna do that,

any help would be appreciated!

This has been the hardest decision for my truck. Paragon seems to have leaking issues because there are no drain tubes for the rails. The BAK MX 4 has seal issues. Leaning towards the Line-X. Anyone have
other recommendations? Want to stay below $1K.
I have the Mopar trifold which is a rebranded BAKFlip on my 2019 and have no issues with sealing. I live in central Florida, kinda known for a few storms! It does however need to be installed correctly. Mine was installed 1/2 too far forward and didn't seal at the tailgate until I adjusted it.

When u order the cover from factory which one is it? Is it a good one?
I have this black oem rails (with factory tonneau cove) if i want to install bakflip MX4 .do i have to remove and change that rails first? Or i can install MX4 directly with OEM black rails ?
Because on bakflip website they said you must have the selver rails not black one.

I went with the WeatherTech hard tri-fold and it is an easy install. I liked that you could put up to say 400 lbs on top. But not to crazy about the finish on the sides. It feels rough and is silver! Also do not purchase from WeatherTech as they charge about $150.00 to ship, but you can purchase from LineX without paying shipping. They will also install if you get the bed sprayed. The Extang is nice but costs more but you can also open it from the front

I'm a bit torn between the Lomax and Peragon for my truck. Lomax was cheaper so I decided to go with it. I had a few questions so I called up Agri-Cover, and they told me they have not verified fitment for my truck. I have a 2020 1500 short bed without Ramboxes and without multifunction tailgate. Now I don't know what to do.

If you are still looking at the Lomax go to truckalterations.com tell them what truck you have. Great price fast shipping. My Lomax was 675 free ship.

I just ordered the Lomax from there today. I was debating between the matte black and black urethane, and ended up going with matte black because I prefer the smoother finish.

@Br549 Could you let me know how you got the $675 price? It's showing $883 on their site. Some kind of coupon code or direct discount? If you would be kind enough to share, much appreciated!!

Does anyone know of a cover that can flip open easily from either end? By the tailgate and by the cab...

Been searching and can’t find anything definitive

That diamond back was the only one I could find for some reason. And definitely more than I was looking to spend.

Thank you for our googling me lol

Did u look at WeatherTech hard cover it is also aluminum and if you purchase through line-x (which is a distributor) no shipping and half the cost of that one. I am very happy with mine

I first had a 4th gen ram tonno pro lo roll that worked decent on both my 19 & 20 ram. Decided to upgrade as it was about 7 years old.

I then bought the truxedo pro x15 as I liked the fabric look. First set of rails had gaps at the ends where the plastic end caps that was causing leaks. Got replacement rails and even sealed them with RTV which fixed that leak but the cover still leaked bad near the bulkhead so I returned it within 30 days.

I ended up going with the undercover ultra flex and so far I’m happy. It’s about 98% waterproof. Getting a couple drips in the bulkhead corners but no pooling. Also getting some water from the tailgate area under heavy rain but I know this is a ram issue. Cover looks really nice, sits flush and seems somewhat secure. Hopefully it lasts a while. My only complaint would be they should have put a thin gasket on the end of the rail towards the bulkhead and I wish the tailgate end of the rails had a gasket that met the tailgate when closed to better seal it up.

Anyone else have some tricks to sealing up the top of the tailgate? I’ve been messing around with about 6 different types of seals.

Do you still have the Mopar tonneau? How is it holding up?
