Check engine light came on Saturday driving home. Called dealership they said as long wasn’t blinking safe to drive to dealership can’t say I agree but we’ll see.
After having to have transmission replaced with less than three hundred miles less then impressed with ram quality control.
I will report back after trip to dealership this morning.

Take it to any local parts store and they can check the codes for you, so you will at least know what it is and if it is "safe$ to drive. I'd recommend buying a Bluetooth obd adapter to be able to check codes yourself going forward

For the most part, this is correct. Mine started coming on over a year ago. Went to the auto parts store to have the code checked and I believe it was PO 440 or something like that. Basically it was an emmissions code. Anyway, over the span of the next six weeks I had the solenoid under the hood replaced. The coffee canister thing at the rear of the truck. And finally, the fuel emission solenoid in the gas tank. The engine light then went off and stayed off for a couple of months. Now it comes on and off periodically and it's still showing the same code. PIA really !!!!!

Was the dealer diagnosing the issue, or was a shop just throwing parts at it?

I changed everything except the fuel emissions solenoid in the gas tank. It's a very well respected and honest mechanic who I have been using for 30 years. When he checked the code he said it was the solenoid valve in the gas tank. The engine light didn't actually go off until the shop changed the valve in the gas tank.

Mine threw a code 2300 miles. I couldnt pull the code myself since my scanner is outdated.
The dealer flashed the firmware and it went away. So far, so good over the last 700 miles.
A few other things I notice: the engine no longer revs up and down during high idle cold start and my fuel mileage has improved. 02/25 build date.
It could be as simple as a software update.

I agree and I would like to check myself these signals because here in Italy there are very few RAM dealers and far from home.
Would you be so courteous to show me one or more suitable models in photos ? (or links)

Also, WHERE can I find the list of codes?
(I have a 1500 Rebel 2025 SO).

Thank to you, and to all will answer

The check engine light is for emissions related problems. Most often causes are related to fueling and not getting the gas cap tight after fueling. Not sure if similar problems occur with the cap less system.

As others have mentioned, you can go to any auto parts store and they will read the code for free and clear the code. Or buy a scanner from Amazon for $20 to do it yourself.

For adapter. the VGate Vlinker MC+. You will also need to install a scanner app on your phone. There are many free ones available that will read codes, but most of the free ones won't clear codes. If you are a data guy and want to see different readings from sensors, and not just the codes install Torque Pro. It's not free, but well worth it, IMO. You can set up different gauges to monitor different sensors, and even data log.

As for list of codes, just use Google search and type in whatever the code is and include that it's for RAM. So you would do like "P0304 Ram" for your search. Some codes are manufacturer specific so if you don't use the Ram in the search you could get incorrect results.

@HSKR R/T , Thank you very much !

I have already installed on my smartphone Android the app "EOBD simple scan" (I have seen that there is also a PRO version that can erase errors).
For my yamaha yzF I have an ELM327 interface (*) that connects by BlueT but because of my "zero experience" I'd never used it for any modification.

I'll try soon to make a connection with Ram Hurricane to see what happens.

The information that you give to me for the online search for the error code are a great help for me (I didn't know that!!)
Thanks again. Hello!

That elm327 will work fine to read codes.
