I wonder what axle is in the 8 lug rear? Currently the 6 lug Dana super 60 is only available on 2WD max tow package trucks. I believe it is similar to a ford super duty axle, so would likely hold the torque and loads from a supercharged off road truck. It seems unlikely they would have different bolt patterns on the production truck.

They even got the name right for the motor, IMHO! This should be an in-demand model as long as they keep the price point within reason. Lots to look forward to with these 5th Gen Rams!
