Maybe Lydia can answer why CarPlay has never worked flawlessly on FCA vehicles. Between screen locks (pic), connection errors, constant unplugging of USB cord, etc., it’s absolutely ridiculous and frustrating. I experienced the same connectivity issues on our ‘14 Grand Cherokee.

Hire a 15-year old - I’m sure they’ll know how to fix it.

1 week old, feb 8th 2019 build date, CarPlay disconnects every 2-3 minutes, super annoying @RamCares any help? How do I get this documented so I can get it fixed next time I’m at the dealer?
