No gap here, but have you looked at your F150? A pretty big gap (there is a duct behind the gap to direct air to the wheel wells to help with fuel economy) and many F150's bumpers are "frowning".

I've seen that a lot on the F150s, even the 2018s. There is always going to be a bit of a gap seeing as how the bumper is mounted to the frame and the rest of the front end is part of the body. All I've seen have looked pretty good except for the one member here whose bumper was clearly off.
