@Skg74 Understood. Is it the fault sensing wires at F25 and F28 of the BCM?

I have those wires in the harness I made but am waiting on the small pins to be able to connect them. I'm hoping that corrects my issue too.

It should, it took care of my error message.

Sorry, I misread your reply. I don’t remember where they plugged into.

I went back and looked what Jim sent me. Mine were c6 26, and 28. My truck is a 21 though. I see yours is a 24.

@Skg74 , thanks for the info. Once my pins arrive, I'll try hooking the fault sense wires up and hope it resolves the issue.

I finally got the correct terminals and was able to get everything up and running like factory thanks to all of the valuable contributions from everyone on this forum.

I ended up creating a factory style harness to bring two additional wires to each headlight...one for fault sensing and one for the second parking light connection for signature lighting. I piggybacked onto the main harness and, rather than making adapters, I unpinned the 12 pin connectors and pinned the new 16 pin connectors.

The fault sensing wires were already terminated from the BCM and dead ended at plug XY310A. I picked them up in that plug. Then, I ran the signature light wires to the appropriate locations on the BCM. I ended up using JScan to change all of the settings. The proper terminals for the BCM were an absolute motherf***er to find.

Thanks in particular to @Jimmy07 . You sir, are a wealth of knowledge when it comes to these trucks.
