Does this link still work? I've been trying this link since Saturday night, ever since my window sticker has been available and it doesn't work.

If you can get your window sticker you should be able to get the build sheet.

Remember to use UPPERCASE LETTERS and 0 is the number ZERO

You would think so but at least for right now 2025 models you can get the window sticker but not the build sheet.

I've got a '25 also and nothing comes up. However, you can basically get the same info when you log on to mopar.com and go to your vehicle dashboard. Scroll down to quick links - vehicle equipment.
