I got the mopar matted one on my laramie and I love it. I was very hesitant at first but once I got it on it looked mad clean. Here's some pics.

So, by reading all of your comment I see following options:
Weathertech slim and regular
Mopar
AVS
Not sure about Moper but looks like Weathertech are the best? Is it really better AVS?

From what I have seen, the WT and AVS look almost identical.
