Broken wire underneath truck?

So I was under my truck and noticed there was a green wire just hanging there that use to be connected to something but it rusted off and is just hanging there now. Does anyone know what this green wire is?

That’s a ground strap which connects to the exhaust. I really wouldn’t worry about it. Won’t affect your truck
