Blue Screen - backup/reverse camera

Hi All

I bought a new 2025 Ram1500 Bighorn -SST few weeks back. After 500miles noticed blue screen when backup camera is on. This happens randomly. I went through this forum and see few posts already on this. I am with the dealership now and they are trying to fix this issue. Some say it may be loose cable and some suggest a software update .

Thought id sharing this with everyone. The dealership seems to be friendly and nice. Hope they would be able to fix the issue.


Update- dealer couldn’t replicate the issue. They wanted me to wait and observe if it occurs again. Dealer would then take it with Chrysler/ RAM and troubleshoot the issue which may take few days. Hope the issue doesn’t come back.

I have a 2025 Rebel that has given me blue screen a couple times. It seems to happen when I shut the tuck off but do not get out of the vehicle because I am eating my lunch. When the radio times out, I hit the radio power button, to keep it playing, not the start button. After I am done eating, I start the truck , when I put it in reverse I get the blue screen.
