Hey guys, just installed the Bilstein 5100s on my 23 Bighorn non ORP. They're set to max height at 2.6". Before and after pictures with before and after measurements. I gained nearly 3" but I will remeasufe once they've settled a little more. I'm about an inch taller in the front so I will probably add a 1" rear spacer with some tuftruck coils. Before measurement was 36 and 3/4" and after the install and a little driving around, it's at 39.5".

First pic is stock. The rest are with them installed and the before and after measurements.

Did you also add new UCAs? If not, you need to

I did not, the angle looks perfect though. As a matter of fact, I couldn't believe how good the angle was. My 4th gen had bilsteins for 5 years on stock UCAs and the angle was much worse than my 5th gen. I changed the UCAs to RC ones at 85k miles lol. But I was looking into the red RC forged arms. I will probably change them just because I like those RC ones🤣

Here is an update, finally received and installed the eibach 1" taller rear springs. Truck sits perfectly level now! From the top of the wheel to the fender is exactly 14" in the front and back! These springs are beefy! And soak up bumper 80% better than the factory coils

I wanted to go that route but Eibach says you must only use Eibach shocks with their coils. It can't possibly matter for fitment but I suspect that Eibach won't honor any warranty if you don't. Lame.

Hmmm, that's strange. I did see that but the shock shouldn't affect the coil. I'm going to put the bilstein shocks in the rear just for the added 1" of height. I feel like the shocks would fail before the springs would! If the coil breaks, I don't think it would have been because the eibach shock wasn't used!

It makes no sense other than Eibach trying to sell shocks. Like they need more market after their partnership with Fox to dominate everything.

The shocks don't give you any extra lift.

They don't claim they do. They just say you "can't " use their coils without using Eibach shocks. Maybe you get Herpes or something.
You missed where he said he was just going to use the Bilstien shocks for the 1" lift and not the springs

I didn't say I was going to use them for the 1" of lift. I said I want to add them for the extra inch of lift I added. Maybe it was confusing how I worded it
