I have my 2019 1500 Bighorn for less than a month and have had an off and on vibration sound playing certain music types even at low volumes. I think I have found the source of the rattle and was not sure if others have the same issue. The plastic cover on the passenger and driver side pillars are loose to the touch. I can move them in and out by just by placing pressure on them. If I hold my hand on them the rattle stops. I am attaching a picture for clarity.

Side note I have not removed these panels and I only have the 6 speaker system

I just checked a friends truck that has a 2019 3500 and this panel does not move at all when touched. Just curious if anyone else has this issue with the their 1500. I know i have seen threads of people chasing rattle sounds.

We certainly understand why this would be concerning, scujr. We suggest having your dealer inspect this concern if you have not done so already. Our team is also available via private message if you would like any additional assistance during that process.

Update on my issue. Took my truck to the dealership and they inspected both of the Pillar covers and found that the they were both defective. The ordered new replacements and they have been installed. The rattle has now vanished.

The connection point that was causing the rattle was at the top of the pillar close to where the airbag logo is. You could litearly move the whole panel in and out an 1/8 of an inch. Now after the replacement their is zero movement.
