I realize this thread is a few months old, but I've had my truck for about a month now and I've been trying to find a way to turn off Alexa. The Alexa icon is in the header of my uConnect 12. I don't and won't use Alexa and would prefer she not be listening. Anyone know if you can turn it off or not?
