bad seat covers

is anybody having issues the bad seat covers mine are so wrinkled after setting in them dealer replaced all of them now worse than they were before so they said that's all they can do told me to open case with customer care this is a 2020 ram 3500 with less than 3000 miles I didn't pay 75k to get 20.00 seats at wits end

If the replacement seat covers have wrinkles on them they can be steamed and adjusted to make them fit tighter or are they stretching out from use? Extra padding can be placed in as well.

Unfortunately dealerships are not upholstery shops, so if it does not fit properly out of the box they don't really have measures to correct it.

thanks I have already contacted customer care and have been assigned a case manager I have worked in a auto plant for 27 years if I am the only one having issues with these seats it stand to reason some thing is wrong with the seat frames or cushings I have aready had carpet replaced of it being wrong carpet its been a trip every week or so to b worked on now I have to have seat back replaced because of damage dealership done putting covers getting real tired of driving a 75k doller truck with seats that look like they are wore out what is your e-mail or i can send u some pic or I can post for everone to see

not answering me neather didn't think they would so far dealership has only made it worse my sales man hides when I go to dealership maybe they will talk to my lawyer if this continues

It amost looks like the back of the cushion was not pulled taught, then secured to the bottom of the seat frame. I've done countless seat cushion replacements over the years, and looseness / bagginess, is usually the result of not stretching enough, along with improper attaching techniques.

update on my case .after a week customer care finally got back with me only to let me know when my seat back was coming in which I allready knew .nothing about getting the seats fixed Are they anyone that I can contact about this issue customer care has been about much help as the dealer
