Just had this happen to me tonight - which fuse was it (or which video)? I only saw one about a Pacifica, but neither fuse box lists the PDC our cameras on it so I don't even know where to start.

on my 2020 RAM 2500

Here is a page from the owners manual: F95 and F96 are the ones I reseated.

The cover of the fuse box has the "map" of the fuses. Hard to photograph.

I appreciate that. My manual and the fuse box map did not list that. They're different. Very strange.

Hi Ram Cares

Can you please list the part number for the 2019 SXT 1500 Ram Rear View Camera Module as I need to order and replace mine?

Figured I'd drop a quick note...

Picked up a 2021 Ram 2500 Saturday 1/16/21 with 12 miles on it. Drove it 40 miles to the tint shop then home. The whole time the camera system worked flawlessly.

The next day, Sunday 1/17/21, drove truck around a bit and upon reaching home noticed that the rear camera did not work! With less than 100 miles in a $70k truck it's a little frustrating.

Fiddled around with the camera buttons on the screen a bit, and was able to get the straight down view to work for viewing the ball hitch, but still can't get it to point straight back.

I'll be driving 750-800 miles today & will update if it starts to work correctly again.

Yikes! I bought a new $70,000 3500 yesterday drove it home. Today the backup camera quit. I had heard some of the slightly older Rams had a lot of issues and I almost bought something else but a friend talked me into buying another Ram. I expected better. I had an o4 Ram, never in 17 years did anything quit. Crap. Maybe I can buy back the 04 from the dealer. Grrrr.
