So this has happened twice now upon cold start, in massachusetts temp about 40 but sat all day yesterday and now started this morning to an awful squeal/rattle. (Video Attached) Last time it did this was about a month ago same situation very cold. Noise went away today after about 30 seconds and was even shorter duration the first time it happened. Wondering if anyone else has heard or seen anything if the sorts, either way take a listen it sounds like HELL! First thought was that it was from air dam shutters opening/closing but i kind of doubt it based on the noise.
Thanks
Joe

Honestly sir you’ll get a better response by posting in the HD forum...

Thanks will try that as well. First day on the forum due to this issue. Truck has 4000 miles on it ‍♀️

Hello Kaukerjoe,
I certainly understand why this would be concerning. If you are unable to determine the cause of this with the assistance of fellow forum members, I suggest connecting with your local certified dealer as they are in the best position to assist. If you decide to go this route, please know that we are available via private message if you are in need of any assistance with that process.
