It appears that Stellantis is transitioning the service manual subscriptions to a new website.

Stellantis Independent Operator Portal

There does not appear to be anything newer than MY 2020 on the old Tech Authority site,
so I'm assuming there will never be an actual service manual for my truck.

That's the biggest disappointment so far, but I'll let that lie for now.

So before I dive in any deeper, does anyone have experience with the new "portal" and
care to share what it's like, how much does it cost, is it worthwhile? Is it possible, given
a bit of time and energy, to actually piece together a complete manual from the portal?

It’s the exact same thing as techauthority, which they’re winding down. Same 3 day, one month, year subscriptions, etc.
If you set the time aside, you can pull and save all the info for a service manual, including wiring diagrams, over a 3 day subscription.
