(Re)Started with a Chinese 50 cc back in Europe - 2012
Upgraded to a Kawasaki ZR-7 in 2013 - still in Europe
My all time favorite, a Triumph Sreet Triple in 2015 in the Middle - East
Bought the CB500x here in the USA in 2017
Thinking about to selling the CB and getting back in the saddle of a Triumph STR. My beautiful Laramie moves my body, my bike must move my soul. Figured out, the CB isn’t my soulmate
Started riding again in February of 2003 after a 16 year hiatus (wife, kids, house, job, etc). First with a 2003 BMW R1200RT, in 2005 traded it in for a 2004 BMW K1200GT, later added a 2003 BMW K1200RS (too nice to pass up) and finally in February 2017 purchased the 1300S below. Still have all 3, with a "someday" 1980 Kawasaki 650 LTD and 1970 Triumph 650 Bonneville, "back on the road". I used all 3 to commute year round from Staten Island to Brooklyn for 14 years. Currently life (again) and the 2019 Ram is getting in the way.
2019 Harley Fatboy 114 Torque cam Stage 2
Just got it last May, after about 3 years without a bike. Previous bikes were all Japanese, loving the insane amount of torque this machine has. Endless fun. Did put around 4500km on it, and now she's sitting in the garage hibernating. Can't wait till spring. This pic I took on the Kananaskis Trail in AB. About an 8 hour roundtrip from where I live.
I have a cpl. harleys..a wide glide and an ultra. the wife and I like to load up the ultra and ride from dfw up to northern new mexico and colorado every now and then.
I've owned and enjoyed many motorcycles: A 2005 Honda VLX Deluxe, 2005 Ducati ST4S, 2008 Yamaha Warrior, 2009 Ducati Monster 1100, 2011 Harley-Davidson Wide Glide, 2012 Kawasaki ZX-14R, and a 2013 H-D Ultra Limited. But now I have a 2017 H-D Road Glide Special and maybe this time I'll hold onto a bike for more than 4 years.
I do as well, 2018 BMW R1200RT. This is new as for me as of last year, but I've been a lifelong rider. My interest in bikes is starting to wane though after 40+ years now of riding, hate to say it.
This bike (BMW R1200 GSA) used to be my only transport - I didn't have a car or truck. Now I just ride her for fun on weekends and for fair weather commutes:
