Any owners of the 2025 Ram 1500 Tungsten having seat malfunction with the lumbar/thigh

Just received my 2025 Ram 1500 Tungsten. The function that controls the lumbar/thigh on the door panel drivers and passenger not working. Also after seeing a review on You Tube I am missing a page on the center stack that controls this part of the seat is missing or not accessible.
My question is has anyone have this trim and can either use their lumbar function of the front seats or having the same issues.
I just received mine today. Seats were working fine and then as I was playing with the different features the lumber stopped working. No most lumbar feature all stopped. I went to the passenger side and they worked, but after about a minute of trying everything out the back rest features all stopped working as well. Please let me know if anyone finds a solution. It seams to me like a fuse blew. My panel does show the controls, they just stopped working.

I had this issue as well. The techs at my RAM dealer couldn't do the fix, and said they had to bring in a special engineer to add the screen, because it had to be downloaded via satellite. Had to wait about a week for the engineer to come to the dealership. I left it with them for about half a day, and they gave me a loaner car in the mean-time.

My seats have full functionality now, and I have to say that I'm impressed with how many adjustments there are, and equally impressed with the end result. Easily the most comfortable seat (now) of any vehicle I've owned.

Did you take it to the dealer first and did they open a case? Or the update came out of no where?
If no where, how long after ownership did the update appear?
I'm having the same problem as everyone else. Stellantis internal system is showing my VIN is up to date and no updates available. I don't understand how others are getting the update pushed over the air yet it doesn't show as available for mine.
It came over the air. I never contacted anyone about the problem. I knew a fix was coming because someone on the forum said a fix was figured out and his was fixed by an over the air update.

Glad to hear it. Meanwhile, my truck has been in for over six weeks. Thank goodness I bought my truck from probably the best dealership in the country. The general manager has personally started overseeing everything. Unfortunately, my truck will not do an over the air update, nor could the engineer from RAM get it to reprogram. They have ordered me a new truck, exactly the same as I purchased. I will say this, Ram customer service is the most worthless place on the planet. Thank God there are a few good dealers left.

I’m late to this conversation, and I found it only because I just googled the release name of the software I was just (this evening) prompted (for the first time) to download (successfully) for my 2025 bighorn purchased in mid-Dec. So now I have gotten pushed FCA-MY24.U35.26-PROD. Just FYI.

I stumbled upon the software update and succesfully installed it honestly the lumbar and bolsters move so little it is almost imperceptible but it dues move slightly and on the screen there is a plus plus/minus but it is not numbered so you really caint tell if if it working or not. I have a 2022 Ram where the operation is much more noticeable.
