Greetings! I just stumbled across this forum while searching the internet for trailer brake controllers. Looks like a promising forum.
I am a member on numerous forums, under this same user name. (Long story.) Some since as early as 1999. Still prefer forums to Facebook.
I'm 62 years old, and have been a gearhead since I had my first Tonka truck.
I do telecommunications for the power company. Planning to retire in 3 years (and counting.)
My hobbies are playing with old stereo equipment, and customizing Pontiac Fieros. (I own two of those. One of them is engine-swapped - won best in class at World of Wheels - and the other is "in the works".)

So... why am I here?
Yesterday I traded my 2005 Silverado for a shiny new Ram 1500 Big Horn Sport crew cab 4x4.
It's pretty basic. Came with the Sport appearance package and Level 1 equipment group. Has a Hemi, 3.92 gears and anti-spin axle. Still has more toys on it than any vehicle I've ever owned. :D

Anyway, I'm happy to be here, and look forward to participating. I'm sure I'll be posting annoying questions for a while. But as I become familiar with all the tricks associated with my beast, I hope to become useful, as well.
(Yeah, I know.... "Use the search!")

Later... Steve

So it looks like 2020's could already be getting readied to be ordered? Maybe a mod could tell us, I'm just researching the net'...

Dude... That's freaking beautiful! If it sounds as impressive as it looks, your neighbors must hate you. :D

I'm into Kenwood stuff (have several pieces that need repair or "gone through") and some odd, obscure stuff, as well.
Just found a set of late '70s Olson Electronics amp/tuner "separates". (Yeah... I know. But I used to work there. Got to know "what was what". These were as nice as any of the going brands.)
There's lots more, but I'll spare you.
Rock on!
