Actually, not much bulkier than the stock knob...pics may be a bit deceiving. It just looks a TON better and has a higher quality feel to it.

what is the factory knob made from?

Is it plastic or aluminum?

Wondering if it could be powder coated. I really like the fact that the shift knob matches the radio knobs.

It appears to be a cast metal. Not aluminum.
