The trucks are shipped in an initial mode (I forget the name - shipping mode?) that the dealer has to reset during the initial PDI. The air suspension trucks stay in entry/exit during this time. I test drove one this way as well, because I wanted to drive that particular truck even though the salesman told me this would be the case.
