Aero or normal ride level around town?

I checked, and Aero mode is enabled. So, even with that setting enabled, the truck never adjusts automatically. I may need to have that looked at when I eventually bring it to the dealer. Nothing like having to make a grocery list of issues on a new truck. I'm regretting buying a 12/18 build that was sitting on the dealer lot for 6 months. Should have looked for a newer build.
Knock on (barn) wood, but I’ve had very few issues with my 8/18 build. No need to kick yourself for what many of us would consider a “new” build.

The other requirements for aero mode are that you must be traveling between 62 and 66 mph for longer than two minutes straight, or that you must be going more than 66 mph. Looks like you're in need of a visit. For the record, mine is an August 18 build (that I bought in August), so idk where it all went wrong, lol.

I let it do it’s thing.
If I’m forced to park in a spot where I will have cars on either side, I raise it to OR2 and leave the running boards deployed for protection.
I like that idea. Good advice.

@rrbhokies , are you remote starting? We have found that remote starting seems to interfere with automatic ride height settings. I've had my wife go into the settings when Auto Aero isn't working and disable and re-enable in the UI. Seems to resolve the issue.

Our roads here are crap. A preference for concrete paving, freeze/thaw cycles and expansive soils pretty much guarantee it. If you're not on the highway where the roads are smooth, aero is a bit bouncy. I find NRH is more comfortable for surface streets.

Appreciate everyone's advice. I know I need to read the manuals better. I wasn't aware that it wasn't until you got up into the 60mph range. I haven't really been on an interstate for any period of time, mostly 50/55mph roads where I tend to do 60mph or so. Therefore, based on this information, it probably shouldn't have kicked in.

I'll have to test it out on the highway this weekend just to make sure it's working.
