I cannot for the life of me find where to adjust the comfort activation temperatures. If you go into profile, you select the remote start or all starts, the Info button says that you can adjust the activation temperatures (default is 40*, I live in Florida, was 45* the other morning and really would have been nice if my wheel and seats were heating while the truck was warming up.)

Am I really missing it in the menus or is this some sort of known issue? I searched through the Uconnect manual and see no mention of adjusting these temperatures.

You'd need to use AlfaOBD to adjust it.

This has been a sore point with us for years. There's no reason they couldn't add that control, but for some reason don't.

Where in Alfa OBD is the adjustment? I need my ventilated seats to activate more often!

Comfort settings isn't there? I noticed you selected climate control and not comfort. Just curious. I haven't looked yet.
Yeah I was connected to the wrong thing
You’re connected to the HVAC module. Need to connect to the comfort seats and wheel module.
10-4
Even looking at your picture I assumed heat and vent seats is considered HVAC
I thought I went though all the options in Alfaobd's GUI but I guess not.
I wonder if my super old $10 ODB2 sensor didn't allow me to connect to this.

I can't seem to get this process down either. I'm using the black, with red plug ends, bypass cable. I have that in place, with the MC+ into it and connected to Alfa, but it won't connect to the "comfort seat module". It shows me a message when I try to connect to the seat module, it's the middle picture below. Then after 4 tries, it gives me the error shown on the bottom pic. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

To me, this would be an incentive to pay the monthly fee for RAM Connect. Right now, RAM connect doesn't do much, except remote start. Being able to adjust the comfort settings would be a draw.

They should just add it to the settings for the truck. No need to pay a monthly fee when you can do it with AlfaOBD.

Right after we got our truck we went to Denver came out one night and only went a little ways down the road and the steering wheel got warm and the seat got extremely hot, I felt like a piece of bacon in a frying pan, turned it off next day. If I remember right if it gets colder than 42 degrees it turns on the heated steering wheel and the heated seat ( my'n was set on high ) and if it's over 85 degrees it turns on the cooling seats. It's in the settings somewhere but I'm not really sure where it was long ago.

you can do this in a chevy right in the vehichle user settings in the radio. simple on or off for seat and wheel heat on auto start and the same for vented. so easy in a Gm and really miss this in my 25 ram.
