Adding 4x4 lift to 2wd possible

Hey guys, I've ran thru a lot of posts and cant seem to fims an answer.

Can I run a 4wd lift kit on my 2wd ram no air suspension. Without runnimg the 4wd parts?

I dont want to install a spimdle lift because of the track width changes.. I'm currently running Eibach Pro Truck lift. I love it just want more lift. Looking for 4" .

Looking for an answer as well. Or a solution for the track width changes on spindles. Hate the idea of having to use wheel spacers in the rear.
