Active noise cancelling

Honestly I think I would have been happy with the 12" setup because it does retain the controls for HVAC, they are just on the sides. What I disliked about it most was those were the only controls, so no seat heat/fan controls unless you use the touchscreen. Android Auto on the 8.4" is a clustered nightmare because of Uconnect, so I'd be interested in seeing it on the 12" screen. I know maps would be nice on that setup. But overall, I just don't need a huge screen.

Honestly the thing I hate the most is the glossey bezel on either setup. Just why.

Did you check compatibility for your setup before you bought that one? Because if you go through CF an put in your truck they ask whether or not you have the 8.4" setup or the 12". I don't know if both are the same bypass, I did not check.
i had a 8.4 non nav no gloss in my last truck, i thought the 12in would be a bit much but it turns out i love it. i think but could be wrong if you have the 12 you have the alpine or the Harmon system with a factory subwoofer. when i did my install it totally removed the factory amp so my pac kit did not have a bypass harness. if your keeping the factory amp and you want to bypass or disable the anc i assume you can just unpin or cut the mic wires.

Ok, got my Axxess ANC-CHH2 Harness installed this morning.

Really simple to do once you realize that moving the driver's seat all the way forward makes reaching the plugs easily accessible..dumb *ss!

I'll find out if any noticeable change occurs..new exhaust causing some strange sounds..but, could be exhaust not ANC..we'll find out.

Possibly the cylinder deactivation causing that.
I instinctively hit the Tow/Haul Mode button right after the Start button, so nope.

I have a feeling I need to rack up some miles, or use AlfaOBD to do a forced PCM/TCM relearn reset..I don't want to d/c the negative battery cable and have to reprogram the UC5 and who knows what else.

***Update...
I added the ANC-CHH2 Harness this morning, and Holy Crap..the HK sounds better, the Mopar 77072520AA exhaust sounds way better (consistently at all speeds now), the PCM/TCM seems back to normal, and no unusual sounds now!!
Best ~$30 spent ever!!
The Mopar exhaust can stay now, yeah!!
(Can you tell I'm happy?!)

I've been wondering if this bypass would make a difference on the HK, seems most of the posts are from people with the Alpine.

Yep, I was wondering the same thing..everyone was Alpine system here that I could tell.
My 2024 L-G/T HK system seemed a bit "muddy" compared to the 2023 L-G/T HK system (that got totalled) and seemed clearer now to my ear.
I talked to Axxess and Mark assured me it would work, so ordered from Crutchfield.
I'm super jazzed that it corrected a few complaints I was having.

Cool. I ordered one earlier today, so this just reinforces my decision. I know the bypass I had on my '20 helped when I changed out my speakers. I haven't been super happy with this HK, so I figured $30 bucks or so is a cheap first step.
