Hey guys seeing if you have any input today after backing out of my garage my service abs and traction control lights came on. 2019 ram 1500 north edition . It’s an ice storm here in Pennsylvania and my truck says I can’t put it in 4 wheel drive.

Service ABS light, you need to have the dealership look at it, you wont have ABS, but your brakes will worn normally(you need to pump them). Service Traction Control light? Or below the 12"/Radio is 4 toggle switches, is the Traction Control one off?

The traction control is disabled it won’t let you turn on or off and won’t let me put it in 4 wheel drive

The only thing it will let me do is lock my rear differential

Not the push buttons but the up/down toggle switches. should be the 2nd from the left?

Sorry for slow replies but the Manual is 700 pages long.

Ya won’t let me do anything with it. Says on dash traction control disabled

I called my dealer today and service guy said never heard that before. Great 1200 miles hope I don’t have a lemon

So none of the 4 (5 if you have air suspension) have a orange light on?

With all the tech in these trucks, probably be a sensor?

Ya no push lights on that’s what I’m thinking it’s a sensor. The truck is going to the garage tomorrow

Just funny I can’t find anything online or the service technician knew nothing about it

Good luck! I was looking in the owners manual and could not find anything either?

My truck is doing the same thing. The three dummy lights will come on and then randomly turn off. I also get the service ABS and 4x4 unavailable messages. I've had it at the dealer and they still haven't found a fix.

I had a similar problem but with different indicator lights on the dash. Turned out to be a loose ground wire.
Limted 4x4 build date 2/25.

Mine did this Monday! comes on as soon as i start the truck now and says service ABS and traction control light comes on also.....im only at 6600 miles and had it in for the ground recall and spacer recall!pain in the ***

Same here. Mine goes in the shop Monday. Below is a response I found bout this. I am going to show this to the technician. Hope this helps. I

I've been waiting to post this until it was fixed, in the hopes that this may help someone in the future.
I have a 2019 1500 Limited 4x4
The other day starting the vehicle produced the following errors:
Service Stability Control
Service Trailer Brake Control
Front and Rear parking/cross path sensors are disabled (trying to enable them says Unavailable on the EVIC)
Front Collision Warning is disabled
Immediately took the truck into the dealer and a week later it's fixed.
With their scan, the truck was producing DTC's: U1440, U0403, U0415, C2227, U0141
They cleared the codes and with the truck idle, U1440 returned.. unfortunately that's not in their system yet.
They opened a STAR case and the first attempted fix was to replace the transfer case mode sensor. This was replaced to no joy. The part took 1 day to arrive.
They reached back out to FCA, whom contacted engineering, who gave them the second fix: replacing the front axle disconnect. The part took 5 days to arrive.
Once they replaced the front axle disconnect and cleared the codes, the code didn't return. They took it on a couple test drives and she's now back in my driveway.

Are you planning on visiting your dealer to get this light officially inspected? Send us a direct message as we'd be glad to help with that process.
