There are a few threads regarding the issues after upgrading from 8.4 to 12 inch uconnect system, but I can't seem to find any concrete solutions. I am hoping to get some help, because this has to be either software/firmware, or setting. Please help!!
I have a 2021 RAM 1500 3.0 EcoDiesel (5th gen). It originally came with a uconnect 4 with NAV 8.4 inch screen. I have since upgraded the screen to 12 inch, with a compatible module (I have tried a different 12 inch screen as well), purchased on Facebook marketplace. My original screen had the grey connector, my new 12 inch screen has the black connector. So I purchased an adaptor from @Infotainment UAX UAV Uconnect 4 upgrade interface which worked perfectly. So every feature of my upgrade works flawlessly except for my backup cam. My GPS, NAV, WiFi, Android Auto, climate control, heated seats/wheel, steering wheel controls, hazzard switch etc... The only issue I have is that when I put the vehicle in reverse, the back up camera does not trigger, and when I press the button for backup camera, I get a blue screen. I do have alphaodb, and have checked, and tried many settings with no luck. I even reinstalled my original 8.4 inch module and screen to make sure that the camera, cable and connector all work properly, which they do... But the backup camera is my only hang up form a successful upgrade. I am including some images of part numbers in case anyone who can help needs to know. Thank you in advance!!

I am going to see if I can download/upload my vehicle log from alfa incase someone can review.
