How'd they not notice that before even assigning the job to a tech?
When I took my truck in for the AC TSB and the exhaust manifolds, they had my warranty pulled up and validated before i left the service drive.

I don't see how they would have been able to do the work under warranty without verifying warranty status first. That's a weird dealership

Lack of paying attention. I work with an advisor that has been doing this for 25+ years and still misses things like this.
