Wait is this for a 2500 or 1500 lol i thought it's for a 1500 when i responded last night.
assuming you have the 1500, here is my response:
i have -12mm on 35x12.5R18 and it's still too close to UCA by my standard. This is at full-lock. It doesn't touch, but it's the closest to touching the UCA that I've ever seen in my life. Took a bit time for me to get used to that.
Because of that, I doubt 0mm will work. -12mm is both what I personally run on my personal trucks and what we recommend to our customers. 0 offset MAY work, but I don't recommend. This is for 12.5 profile. 11.3 profile should be able to clear 0mm no problem given it's ~0.6" narrower on one side (1.2" less on both sides combined). But then again, if you were my customer I wouldn't recommend just so we won't have to deal with problems when it doesn't work.
I mean, when it doesn't work, you can always put spacers on. but i strongly against wheel spacers; you'll need to torque it to spec and check torque periodically. And if you go offroad then that's just more stress on your truck, which can cause premature wear. Some people will say they run spacers and have no problem, but I've seen a thing or two so I know a thing or two.
Is there a reason why you want 0mm?
For the lift, 4" is the least.
This is 35s on 2" level (for non-Rebels). I am on Fox 2.5" DSC EXT and 35x12.5R18. Fox ship their 2.5" DSC EXT set at 2" lift/ level and I didn't change the setting to retain droop. As you can see, not much wheel-well spacing left with 35s.

This was when I ran OE 33s on the same suspension. Look at how much wheel-well spacing there is.

And this is how much I had to trim in the back of wheel-well to fit 35s and clear them for offroad use.

The front side did not require any trimming at all.

Based on what I've done on my own truck, I don't think a 2" will fit. Even if it will, you will need to trim A LOT more than I do both in the front and in the back of your fender wheel-well. Besides, with 2" level on 37s you're not gonna get much suspension travel left anymore; your tires will hit the fender liner too soon and too early.
