I have a 1500 2022 ram Laramie pickup .Ordered the big screen because I wanted the 360 trailer cam for my camper .The Detroit auto show displayed the cams and the 1500s at the show and had the plugs for them. is that camera not available on the 1500? My screen has the option for 360 cams

It's an addon. Did you buy it? It also come swith cameras you need to install. Very lilely you ordered a truck without that option.

What's your Vin number? It's possible they forgot to include the cameras, rare but possible.

It didn't come ordered with the 360 trailer display, just the regular 360.
The trailer surround view is a separate option not part of any trailering package.

The option you are looking for is called "trailer surround view" it's not on your build sheet or window sticker unfortunately, it appears it was never added to your build.
You should be able to buy the cameras and add it to your truck, this thread has some good info on it.
