After several attempts with different sized spacers, I've have achieved the look I wanted.
Spacers made all the difference in the look.

35x12.5 x 20 - BFG K02
Ready lift 3.5" Front / 1" Rear
Stock 20" wheels
1" BORA spacers
Very close to flush, but just slightly beyond the fenders.
Doesn't look like like overkill.
I've had several comments, "I don't know what you did, but it looks good."

That looks perfect.... not too much not too little. Hoping for the same set up in the future but mines a limited so I’m ‘limited’ in the mild lift options. Nice truck.

I'd say that is probably the best looking Ram I have seen. Not over the top, stock wheels with 1" spacers and 35's look perfect. The long horn front end is also the best looking in my opinion as well.

I am looking at doing the same setup, with dif tires though. A few questions, how do you like the readylift lift on your truck? Any noticeable unfavorable ride quality issues. I am hesitant to do this kit as it maintains the stock shocks as a limiting factor vs doing the mopar kit with fox shocks/struts and then adding in an additional spacer in front to give me about 3" of lift.

It rode very very soft when I first got the truck with the stock Bridgestones. The ride noticeably firmed up afterwards. No complaints. Still comfy. Likely due to the 10 ply tire set up. I’m happy with the setup, BFG’s are awesome... if I had to do it over I’d go with a 6” lift, mainly for aesthetics, but also I get light scrubbing when reversing at full lock.
Make sure you get new UCA’s with your lift kit and not just spacers it different springs and shocks or you’ll go through ball joints every year or so because the geometry of the ball joint is maxed out with stock UCA’s. Learned that on my last ram that was lifted.
