Time to replace the tires on my '22 Laramie. I would like to go up in size a little bit, seems the only tire bigger than stock without getting a big jump in the weight of the tires are 305/45r22s in something like a Michelin Defender, however all the tires of this size spec a 9.5" wide rim minimum. Is anyone running this size on the stock 9" rims, are there any issues with doing so? This size is such a marginal increase over the stock 285/45r22 that I'm not sure its worth any potential issues, and I'd have to hurry up and throw a level kit on since my mud flaps already rub with stock tires.

I immediately upgraded my stock 285/45R22 tires to 305/45R22 Toyo Open Country AT II when I got my Limited with no rubbing or other issues.
